  I stopped here after dropping off a patient nearby, and was shocked at how big the slice was. Ima a NY'er I know good pizza and this stop is damn good. Will definitely be back.

  Great food big portions of food 2.50 for a giant slice of pizza it tastes really good great for a long day closes at 10 pm later than most pizza places

  I have always loved Lombardo's pizza. Today however, was a disaster! I ordered pizza for 4:30 delivery, ( they start at 4). I finally received it at 4:50. The only topping I ordered was sausage, and most of the slices had none. The cheese and sauce was stuck to the top of the box! One big mess.
  It may have just been the delivery person or maybe whoever was working today, but I was extremely disappointed!!

  I visited my friend in Ilion and demanded chicken riggies. This was the closest place that had them on a Friday. I wouldn't bother with any other place after that. You get giant, family sized portions for individual prices. Seriously, one entree and one side will satisfy a family of three. The riggies came in a large paper bag for takeout, with a Styrofoam container filled to the brim with the riggy goodness. -1 for cheap looking and tasting cheese, but the sauce is incredible beneath the heaps of pasta and veggies. It also came with an entire loaf of garlic bread and a "salad" with a few shreds of lettuce and onion. Don't count on an actual salad, but I wasn't expecting it to begin with.
  I was also told to order a side of garlic balls, and those slid my review a bit lower. Are they like crack? Yes. But they could be drenched in quite literally 10% of the actual amount of butter used and they would still be like crack, in fact more so. They are hot and fluffy, covered in garlic, but if you eat more than three you'll suffer a coronary. After an hour, the butter coagulated into a deep pool of pure fat at the bottom of the container. This was not a sauce. It actually seeped out of the bread. Damn.
  Overall this place gets 3.5 stars. It's massive amounts of value and taste, but I can't get that butter estuary out of my head. I would come back but only for the riggies.

  Great food and great value! Huge servings of delicious Italian dinners as well as traditional pizzeria items--subs, pizza, wings, etc... Friendly staff and consistent quality! My family orders often from Lombardo's and are never disappointed.
  They also offer a large dining area that can be used for showers, receptions, parties, etc... They cater weddings and graduation parties.
  I have been going for years, and will continue to frequent Lombardo's. It's always excellent!
